We offer two level of services to landlords - tenant find (let only) and fully managed.

Let Only

Our let only service is for landlords who prefer to manage the tenancy themselves once the tenancy agreement has been signed.

With this service we:

Work with you to agree a rental market valuation
Complete a gap analysis of your property against the current lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
Market your property to a secure the right tenancy to meet your requirements
Carry out legal due diligence checks (for example, right to rent)
Perform additional due diligence checks to ensure that applicants have a good rental history and can afford the tenancy
Prepare tenancy agreements for signature alongside a photographic inventory

Fully Managed

Our fully managed service is for landlords who are looking for the peace of mind which only comes from a professional lettings company.

In addition to what we offer under our let only service, we also:

Collect the rent monthly and provide you with an electronic statement
Arrange and manage agreed property maintenance
Conduct regular property inspections and provide you with an inspection report
