Lettings Manager
Hello, I would like introduce myself, my name is Vanessa, I have dealt with lettings for over 20 years but the time has come to go it alone, having been both a landlord and a tenant I appreciate the emotional rollercoaster for all parties involved and aim to offer landlords a more relaxed stress free let and a smooth transition to a new home for tenants.
I like to keep busy but when I have down time it is spent with family or having days away in our caravan exploring our beautiful countryside in the UK and Europe relaxing with a good book, some good food and plenty of wine!
I am hoping to continue doing a job I love, so if you feel the need for a change I would be pleased to hear from you, and by working together I believe we can achieve a happy lettings experience.
Lettings Assistant
Hi, my name is Helen. My duties include meeting landlords and potential tenants, conducting viewings, inventories, inspections and any administrative work Vanessa may need. I am a real people-person, with a good sense of humour but I also have a very strong, professional work ethic. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, reading a good book or curled up on the sofa watching a film with my dogs. I also love martial arts, and although no longer actively training, one of my biggest achievements was gaining my 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do through the T.A.G.B. But enough about me! This is a very exciting time for Vanessa and The Landlords Choice. I am thrilled to have been asked to come on board to assist her in her rapidly growing portfolio of Landlords and truly look forward to meeting you all over the coming weeks and months.
